This is a WIP guide, that anyone in the community can contribute. I’m sorry it takes such a long time to me, I’m still busy with the actual upgrade of our biggest application, and aggregating all those notes and PRs is an extensive task.

I’ll try to polish it and add the remaining sections in the near future.
